Manzanita Campground in Oak Creek CanyonManzanita Camping is on banks of Oak Creek in the Canyon just north of Sedona. Since it's creekside, campers will enjoy fishing, swimming and the sounds of the tumbling Oak Creek. The landscape decor is lush with Arizona Ash and Box Elder trees. Oak Creek is regularly stocked with trout. Add spectacular scenery, wildlife watching, hiking and photo opportunities makes Manzanita is an ideal camping spot. It gets crowded here, particularly during the summer months. It is a relatively small campground and RV's are prohibited. Get here early or you may not get a spot. Manzanita Campground is open all year. Camping is limited to tent camping only. Campsites are available for picnic/day-use from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for $7.00. Facilities & Amenities. There are 18 single-unit camp sites and each site is limited to 8 campers per site. Picnic tables, fire rings, cooking grills, drinking water and barrier-free vault toilets are onsite. A camp host is available. -Firewood is available for sale. Reservations. Reservations are required for the best sites. Reservations can be made online by calling 877.444.6777 or for the hearing impaired, TDD at 877-833-6777. Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance. Guest must occupy the site within 24 hours or forfeit. Please bring the confirmation letter with you as you must show it to the camp host. Restrictions & Guidelines.
Camping Fees. $18 per night, $7 additional for a second vehicle. Holders of Golden Age or Golden Access, America-the-Beautiful Senior or America-the-Beautiful Access passes will receive 50% for overnight camping.)
