Much of Kurt’s inspiration comes from his global travels, including acting as chef at the world-renowned El Tovar on the south rim of the Grand Canyon, and his farming experience in Costa Rica. Some of Kurts favorite dishes – like his Southwest rice with cumin and cilantro, the black beans christening the Pork Tostada, or the fresh masa featured in the Green Corn Tamale -reflect his eclectic taste in food and passion for fresh ingredients, which is represented in the menu that changes seasonally.

Judi’s is an elegant but casual restaurant known for it friendly, quick, and warm service. Lunch menu items include soups, salads, sandwiches and burgers. Dinner includes the finest Barbecue Baby Back Ribs and homemade desserts like the Butter Brickle Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Pie – all at affordable, family pleasing prices.

The green corn tamal is practically the Platonic tamales ideal sprung to life. Moist and fluffy, it packs a sweet corn fragrance. The quesadilla de costilla, handsomely filled with braised beef short ribs and Oaxaca cheese, bears no resemblance to the quesadillas at gringo Mexican chain restaurants. And the tacos de mole are so compelling - braised chicken on a trio of soft corn tortillas with a sublime Puebla-style mole - you may forget the view altogether.

The Red Rock BBQ serves delicious, tongue-teasing barbecue daily for lunch and dinner. This casual dining family restaurant also serves hickory-smoked pulled pork, chicken, brisket and ribs paired with some of their homemade feature items such as Henry's Chicago-style savory pepper sauce, loaded potato salad, creamy cole slaw or smoked potatoes. Red Rock Barbecue's outside patio is also open - with festive umbrellas and spectacular Sedona red rock views.

The Cowboy Club is a casual, family-oriented, dining area with full bar. The décor is Country and Western, showcasing the second largest set of Longhorn horns in the United States as well as original wood walls and a number of prominent Cowboy Artists' works. The kitchen produces the finest in Angus and Buffalo Steaks, Game, Fresh Seafood as well as signature dishes such as Cactus Fries and Rattlesnake. Formerly the Oak Creek Tavern, it was the gathering place for Sedona's early settlers including the founding members of the Cowboy Artists of America.

The Redstone Cabin is the most intimate of our dining facilities. It offers an elegant dining experience in a rustic cabin atmosphere. The Territorial House boasts a river-rock fireplace and the adjacent outdoor patio features a relaxing fire pit and waterfall. Open Saturdays for dinner from 5PM to 9PM. The Redstone Cabin also offers specialty dinners, private parties, banquets and weddings.

The Silver Saddle Room opened in June of 1998. The setting is romantic yet rustic with luxurious suede booths and a prominent rock fireplace as the focal point of the room. It is a casually elegant environment with patio side service when weather permits. The Silver Saddle Room menu serves the same items as the Cowboy Club Grille with the addition of complimentary amuses and intermezzos. It is an adult dining experience with high standards of both service and food.

Enjoy Panoramic views of the Red Rocks – either from the dining room’s 120-foot glass walls or out on the patio. Hot, juicy two fisted burgers are on the menu, along with fresh pizzas, grilled Paninis and salads. With a full bar Canyon Breeze is perfect for an entertaining evening, a quick meal or a leisurely afernoon break. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
